Kiteboarding Zanzibar has two centres in the north of Zanzibar offering outstanding kite spots well known for their crystal clear water and sandy bottom. The equipment is regularly updated with the latest models of Cabrinha kites/ boards, Coreban SUPs equipment, NP Surf and Dakine accessories to always deliver the best quality and performance for our clients. NUNGWI
THE ONLY KITESURF SPOT IN PARADISE WITHOUT SEAWEED STICKS
Our Nungwi kite centre was established in 2008, and was one of the first kitesurfing schools in Zanzibar.
After a couple of years of research, kiting around the island, we decided to establish ourselves at the most northern point of Zanzibar. The reason being it simply offered the best conditions for our sport as well as a prime location for visitors to make the best of their vacations.
Nungwi is the most happening beach in Zanzibar, surrounded by resorts, hotels, restaurants and beach bars for nighttime entertainment. It also offers a beautiful coral lagoon and is home of the best sunsets in Zanzibar. There is plenty to do after a fun day of kiting in crystal blue waters!

Kiteboarding Zanzibar's second centre was established in 2013 in Pwani Mchangani ('Sandy Beach' in Swahili).
The long stretch of sand of Pwani Mchangani beach is just a stunning and pristine location that offers perfect conditions for kiteboarding. It is the windiest place on the island. Average wind speed is 18 to 25 knots. These magical numbers blow nearly every day cross on shore to the beach throughout both summer and winter seasons.
We offer downwind trips from our centre to the breathtaking Mnemba atoll, finishing at the gorgeous and untouched Muyuni Beach.
The closest hotels to our spot, Next Paradise Boutique Resort and Mambo Cabana provide excellent service and will accommodate you with pleasure.
